Delivery and returns

DELIVERY TIMES

They are counted in working days from the date of validation of the Order, provided that the address of the Order has been correctly entered.

Shipping time is 24-48 hours for small orders.

For large orders or pre-orders, shipping times vary; please contact us by email for more information: contact@vioxandco.com

On average, delivery takes 3 to 7 days in Europe, and 7 to 14 days outside of Europe.

Orders placed on the website www.vioxandco.com on Saturdays or Sundays are processed the following Monday. Orders placed on the website www.vioxandco.com on a public holiday other than Saturday or Sunday are also processed the next business day.

Please note that for deliveries to certain countries, customs fees may apply to the Buyer. The amount of these customs fees is determined by the customs authorities, and VIOX & CO cannot be held responsible for the payment of these fees when the Order is shipped to the Buyer. The Buyer must pay these fees in advance of receiving their Order.

No refund, or any other compensation, may be claimed from VIOX & CO by the Buyer due to the non-delivery resulting from the Buyer's failure to pay this tax.


RETURNS

Our items are neither refundable nor exchangeable except in the case of an item severely damaged during delivery.

Our policy lasts 5 days. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be severely damaged. It must also be in its original packaging.

Each item is unique and handmade, so it will not be perfectly identical to the photos and may have imperfections. Therefore, these reasons are not valid for return.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that were originally faulty or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at contact@vioxandco.com and send your item to: 2 avenue des plages 34470, Pérols, Hérault, 34470, France.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. They are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
